In 2002 United States Gypsum (USG) Corporation and USG Interiors, Inc. announced their desire to divest themselves of the
demountable wall business, specifically, the ULTRAWALL® Partition System. After months of negotiations, nine partners
through out the United States formed the new business entity named ULTRAWALL, LLC. ULTRAWALL,
LLC was granted a license for the Registered Trademarks to ULTRAWALL and has purchased from USG and USG
Interiors the manufacturing equipment and certain inventory to continue with the production of the ULTRAWALL System.
ULTRAWALL, LLC is committed to the same high standards of quality, production and presentation ULTRAWALL customers
have expected in the past. Blank panels will continue to be manufactured by USG for ULTRAWALL, LLC,
which will kerf and laminate into ULTRAWALL panels.
